It was a delightful moment today, as the Hon Former T.I.C Chairman & the PDP Candidate of Qua'an Pan LGA in the fourth coming LG elections, *'Christopher Audu Manship';* received his certificate of return from the People's Democratic Party State Secretariat.
The atmosphere was filled with glorious jubilation to the heavens, as women & youths danced wildly absent concerns of the sun's rays. Such pleasant excitement, was a mixture of 'the bad days overcome during the unfortunate attack at the primary election', and 'the thanksgiving of mercies God had shown to the Hon Chairman for life.
The Hon Chairman of Qua'an Pan LGA in waiting, in a brief remark stated: _"To God alone be all the glory, for His love and mercies upon us all. This day is dedicated to the good people of Qua'an Pan, for the unwavering support and loyalty shown me and the party. May this laughter, resonate upon our faces after the LGA elections. God bless you all"._
